Some information on the house

A pretty house in Rongio, Mandello Del Lario (LC, Italy), 1.2km from downtown. Near Sentiero del Viandante and many other paths to Grigna (the local mountain), this location is perfect for those who love nature and mountains, but also for those who like swimming and sunbathing since it's only a couple km from the lake. The house can accommodate 5 guests. It is equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (a big one and a small one), kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, burglar alarm, TV, one balcony, Wi-Fi and a quite big frontyard. The first bedroom contains two single beds, the other one a single bed and as well as a double one. The frontyard can be used as a private parking place for a medium/small sized car, since the road leading to it is quite narrow: it's only two meters wide. There are also some parking lots nearby.
